What is yogini-atomy?

An interdisciplinary study that applies principles of human anatomy, physiology, and biomechanics to learn & practice. It examines how asanas (physical postures), pranayama (breathwork), dhyana (meditation), and other yogic practices impact the body.
The core objective of Yogini-atomy is to integrate the knowledge of modern science for antaryatra (internal journey). Yogini-atomy is not just about memorizing body parts, rather applying the knowledge to deepen the connection with your own body for safety.
